Renting or Owning

        Renting can be a giant hurdle if your looking for somewhere to live in Austin. Just like in any state you have search before moving elsewhere. In Austin we have low price deals on apartments but you have to ask the questions (the right questions).

1. Do you need an agent?
2. Budget affordable?
3. Location,location and location
4. Schools- Private or Public?

Austin has all the answers but it is up to you to choose the that is going to work for you.

 Consider Owning a home if you have a large family. The prices for homes in Austin are less then the housing in California or second option is rent a house the price may vary from the owner.

  There are big perks living in Austin you can do so much for next to nothing.

College- University of Austin , Austin Community College
a verity schools , grocery stores and much much more.

Slowly is the key in Austin.
No need to rush anywhere many people like to stop and smell the roses, even your canine friend.
Take a walk on the Hike 'n' bike trail or just walk around town lake. There is plenty of things to do.

Colorado horror

  Thursday night was the opening of "The Dark Knight Rises" in Aurora, Colorado. A young man break the exit door down of the theater tossing a smoke bomb in the silent ,darken crowd unaware of the man about to shoot into the crowd.

  12 people dead because of the person.

My heart is filled with anger and rage because children were injured this could have been avoided.

 

Aaron's Last Wishes

A young man not much younger then me who has made a list of things he wanted to do before he died.

Aaron Collins wishes:

1. Pay an debt that he has back to his parents
2. Give $500 to a waiter or waitress at a pizza restaurant
3. Give a Homeless person some money

His Brother Seth Collins and other members of the family have been over joyed in the impact of this young man's generosity and kindness. Seth has started a web site in his late brother's name called aaroncollins.org

Aaron Collins died just three weeks after his 30th birthday.

 This was not a normal blog, but this story impacted me and I felt that this needed to be shared.
